Can Knect move my existing website?+
Yes. We first review the website, databases, email and DNS so the migration plan covers the complete service rather than only copying files.
Do I need to understand the different hosting types?+
No. Tell us what you are running, expected traffic, maintenance needs and preferred level of control. We will recommend the most sensible starting point.
Can I keep my existing domain?+
Yes. A domain can remain with its current registrar or be transferred. Either way, Knect can help plan the DNS records needed by the website and email.
Are VPS and dedicated servers fully managed?+
The support boundary is agreed before ordering. VPS can be self-managed or wrapped with agreed Knect support; dedicated infrastructure is scoped case by case.
Is Knect Drive available now?+
Not yet. Knect Drive is an expression-of-interest service while packages, support and migration options are being shaped.
When does Knect set up my hosting?+
Checkout moves to secure test billing for now. Hosting remains queued for manual review, and live provisioning stays disabled until Knect deliberately enables it.
